The San Angelo Police Department has encouraged the public to submit information regarding an incident that occurred on Field Street on Nov. 9 that resulted in two people being hospitalized, one of whom had sustained a stab wound. According to information provided by the SAPD, officers were called to the 2800 block of Field Street at approximately 9:09 p.m. in response to “an unknown problem in the alleyway involving a black passenger car.” Arriving at the scene, law enforcement located a vehicle matching the description in the 2600 block of Field Street and “encountered three male subjects with various injuries.” The SAPD reported that one of the subjects involved “had sustained a stab wound” and was later taken to an area hospital to be treated. The man was found to have “non-life-threatening injuries and was kept overnight for observation.”
